This Privacy Policy explains how Funverse ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Metal Detector: EMF Scanner, package name com.funverse.metaldetector.emfscanner, distributed through the Google Play Store. By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

The magnetometer sensor itself does not require a runtime permission on Android. The app does not request location, microphone, contacts, SMS, or file/storage-management permissions.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.
The app embeds the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
Purpose: app analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and configuration/remote settings. Data processed: app instance ID, device model, OS version, language, country, anonymized usage events, and crash stack traces. Privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Purpose: serving advertisements in the free app. Data processed: Google Advertising ID, coarse IP-derived location, and ad-interaction events. Ad personalization is governed by the consent choice you make through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK/California), you may choose non-personalized ads. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Purpose: mobile install attribution and fraud prevention. Data processed: Advertising ID, hashed device fingerprint, install timestamp, and conversion events. Privacy policy: adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy.
Because the app displays ads, the advertising and attribution partners listed above act as advertising/measurement partners and receive device identifiers as described. We do not otherwise share your information with advertisers.
We share information only with: Google (Play distribution, Firebase, AdMob), Adjust (attribution), and, where legally required, with authorities in response to valid legal process. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads at the Android level via Settings → Privacy → Ads, and you can reset your Advertising ID at any time. To exercise any right, email devapp.aero+metaldetectoremfscanner@gmail.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the embedded SDKs are not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where they operate. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
The app runs inside the Android application sandbox with scoped storage. Data transmitted to SDK endpoints is sent over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice or Play Store release notes.
